Yoga is one of the oldest known art forms practiced in India. Sage Patanjali had given structure to this art form and made it practicable for all. He wrote the book 'Yoga Sutra' nearly two thousand years ago .These writings formed the basis of the most popular form of Yoga - "Ashtanga Yoga".

Yoga and meditation are linked together in an inseparable way. Together they provide a unique way to build your body and mind and give you a mental peace. Yoga classes are now becoming increasingly popular as it is beneficial in many ways. Some benefits are simple whereas some are significant. The benefits of Yoga are too many to pen down but here are few of them:
• It helps in increasing your stamina
• Reduces anxiety
• Increases flexibility
• Negative thoughts are completely banished
• Slows down aging
Yoga helps in meditation. Meditation helps in increasing the concentration level and with it your way of thinking towards life becomes positive.
